Homemade chicken noodle soup:
1 big ol’ honkin’ pot.
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 bunch celery, chopped
- 1 lb chicken, seasoned, grilled, chopped
- 1lb frozen corn
- 1/2 lb brown rice rotini pasta
- 1/2 cup garlic, chopped
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp basil
- Sea salt
- Chachere’s
In the big ol’ pot, gently fry onion, celery and garlic in olive oil.
Add water, seasonings, frozen corn.
Bring to boil.
Add chicken and pasta.
Season to taste.
